Duties and Function:
1. Assist management with language translations both oral and written
2. Perform receptionist functions when visitors / customer arrive or are calling in
3. Assist with travel arrangements for the staff and trade show, customer meetings, etc.
4. Perform filing to ensure important data is accessible
5. Assist with managing the calendar; scheduling appointments and events
6. Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager
Responsibilities:
1. To ensure the management team has assistance as needed
2. To ensure sample office supplies are kept on hand
3. To ensure the travel arrangements are accurate and within policy.
4. To ensure visitors are greeted and comfortable
5. To allocate the hours and schedule properly to ensure the job gets done
6. To ensure written translations are done correctly and timely.
Requirement:
1. Female, major in marketing
2. Fluent English both verbal & written
3. Accountable, honest, detail oriented and proactive
4. Good skills in Microsoft Office and related PC applications
5. Ability to work independently self-motivated and team player
