ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.　Routine and Monthly closing
Responsible for daily sales audit report for Greater China stores.
Responsible for store cashier variance reconciliation and investigation.
Work with Treasure Team in revenue bank activity and reconciliation.
Support monthly sales report to landlord
Prepare journal entries on sales, cash/card collection, cash/card variance, cash pick up expense, bank charge/interest/ refund.
Prepare monthly assurenet on cash, card, VAT ,and cash pick up fee
Reconcile bank statement monthly
Maintain cash pick up profile by store.
Issue Tax invoice.
Work with IT Team if there is any system issue.
Handle store manual refund
2.　Audit
Assist in Annual sales audit report to landlord.
3.　Others
Support other team when necessary.　e.g. Gift card sale, Tax Audit Filling
