【实习】通用电气 Customer Service Intern

Primary Responsibilities:

-To prepare weekly report as required, including inventory report; in-stock order report; GDN report, sample and claim order report.
-To deal with VAT invoice courier, tracking.
-To assist customer service team for daily order operation in peak time.
-To answer all incoming phone calls from 400 hotline

Qualifications Required:

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-High level of ownership and responsibility
-Abel to work under pressure
-At least 3-4 days /week
